The Lyons Pulpit of the Human rights The Catalan Institute of the Human rights College of Ethics of Vidéosurveillance The College is composed, in a preoccupation of independence and a plurality, municipal elected officials of the majority like opposition, personalities qualified representing the world of the right, the economy and education and representatives of associations of defense of the human rights. The first work undertaken by the College consisted of the drafting of a charter of ethics of the vidéosurveillance.
